These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vector Trading. By registering, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Service Scope
1.1. Vector Trading provides software tools for connecting user exchange accounts, receiving signals, configuring bots, managing subscriptions, and automating exchange interactions based on user settings.
1.2. Vector Trading is a software platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, portfolio manager, or personal investment adviser.
1.3. The platform may include marketplace features for strategies, bots, bundles, and signal providers. Those materials are provided by users or third parties and remain their responsibility.
2. Eligibility and User Representations
2.1. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform, connected exchanges, strategies, signals, and autotrading is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3. You must not use the platform if you are subject to sanctions, export restrictions, or other legal prohibitions that make the service unavailable to you.
2.4. You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.
3. Account and Security
3.1. Access to the platform is tied to your account and authentication flow supported by the platform, including Telegram-based login where applicable.
3.2. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, API credentials, connected exchanges, and devices unless caused solely by the platform's verified internal fault.
3.3. You must keep your credentials, API keys, devices, and sessions secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Exchanges and Third-Party Services
4.1. The platform may integrate with third-party exchanges, market data providers, wallet tools, communication platforms, and infrastructure vendors.
4.2. You authorize the platform to use the exchange API credentials you provide for the purposes enabled by your settings and the permissions attached to those credentials.
4.3. You remain solely responsible for the scope of permissions granted to your exchange API keys and for the consequences of those permissions.
4.4. The platform is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, delistings, market halts, maintenance, restrictions, rate limits, authentication failures, or other third-party actions.
5. Marketplace and Provider Content
5.1. Providers may publish strategies, bots, bundles, descriptions, statistics, and other materials on or through the platform.
5.2. Provider content is not verified, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by the platform unless expressly stated in writing.
5.3. The platform may remove, suspend, restrict, deprioritize, or label provider content at its discretion, including for legal, security, or trust reasons.
5.4. Transactions or arrangements between users and providers that occur outside the platform are strictly between those parties.
6. Fees, Access, and Changes
6.1. Some features may require a paid subscription, token ownership, or other eligibility conditions described on the platform.
6.2. Pricing, feature scope, limits, and eligibility conditions may change prospectively.
6.3. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, paid access fees are non-refundable once the relevant access has been granted.
7. Risk Disclosures
7.1. Trading digital assets, derivatives, leveraged instruments, and automated strategies is inherently risky and may result in partial or total loss.
7.2. Past performance, backtests, examples, historical results, rankings, reviews, and provider statistics do not guarantee future results.
7.3. Signals, strategies, market commentary, provider materials, and platform content are not personalized financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
7.4. Additional autotrading-specific risks are described in the Autotrading Risk Disclosure, which forms part of the legal documentation applicable to autotrading features.
8. Acceptable Use
8.1. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or use the service for unlawful conduct.
8.2. You must not publish deceptive, manipulative, infringing, defamatory, or misleading provider materials.
8.3. You must not imply that the platform guarantees performance, safety, licensing status, or profitability unless the platform has expressly authorized such statements in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The platform software, design, branding, and platform-owned content remain the property of Vector Trading or its licensors.
9.2. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform.
9.3. Except as allowed by law or written permission, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, republish, or create derivative works from platform-owned materials.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1. We may suspend or terminate access, features, or content if we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational integrity, or enforcement of these Terms.
10.2. You may stop using the platform at any time, but prior actions, accepted legal documents, outstanding obligations, and already-submitted exchange instructions remain effective to the extent applicable.
11. Disclaimers
11.1. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11.2. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, profitability, and suitability for your objectives.
11.3. We do not warrant that strategies, signals, bots, risk controls, stop-loss logic, or provider materials will perform as expected or avoid losses.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, trading losses, liquidation, data loss, or reputational harm.
12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Vector Trading arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you to the platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USDT if no such fees were paid.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Indemnity
13.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vector Trading and its operators, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your unlawful use of the platform, breach of these Terms, exchange misuse, provider content, or disputes with third parties.
